군에 따르면 대상자는 지역의 노후·불량 주택을 신축 또는 개량하고자하는 농촌 주민과 귀농·귀촌인 등으로, 오는 3월 15일까지 해당 읍·면사무소에서 방문 신청을 받는다.

지원대상은 150㎡을 초과하지 않는 단독주택(창고 일부포함 가능)이며, 신축, 증축, 대수선에 소요되는 비용의 대출금리를 2%대로 지원할 계획이다. 또한 280만원 한도 내에서 취득세, 지적측량수수료, 연말정산 소득공제, 농지보전부담금 감면 및 농어업재해대책 등도 지원할 방침이다.

윤경희 청송군수는 “앞으로도 노후된 주택개량 및 귀농·귀촌자의 신축에 대한 지원을 지속적으로 실시하여 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경 조성을 위해 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.
