【브레이크뉴스 대구 】이성현 기자= 제309회 달성군의회 제2차 정례회에서 양은숙 의원(더불어민주당 원내대표)이 대표 발의한 ‘대구광역시 달성군의회 인사청문회 조례안’이 제17차 본회의에서 전원 만장일치로 통과됐다.
‘지방자치법’이 개정됨에 따라 달성군의회는 인사청문특별위원회를 구성해 군수가 요청하는 인사청문대상자에 대한 인사청문 근거를 마련, 검증을 함으로써 그 임명의 정당성과 투명성을 확보하게 됐다.
이번 조례안은 2024년도 7월1일부터 시행 예정으로 이후 달성군시설관리공단 이사장, 달성교육재단·달성복지재단·달성문화재단의 기관장 등은 앞으로 인사청문을 통과해야 한다.
양은숙 의원은 “군수의 책임 있는 인사청문대상자에 대한 임명과 인사청문대상자의 직위에 대한 책임성과 윤리의식을 높이는 데 기여하고자 한다.”고 밝혔다.
