이번 공동서약에는 권오현(서울 중구성동구(갑), 김기흥(인천 연수구(을)), 김대남(경기 용인(갑)), 김보현(경기김포(갑)), 김성용(서울 송파(병)), 김인규(부산 서구동구), 배철순(경남 창원 의창구), 성은경(대구 서구), 신재경(인천 남동구(을)), 이동석(충북 충주), 이병훈(경북 포항 남구 울릉군), 이승환(서울 중랑(을)), 이창진(부산 연제구), 전지현(경기 구리시), 최지우(충북 제천단양), 허청회(경기 포천가평) 등이 참여했다.

대구 북구 갑 전광삼, 구미 갑 김찬영, 구미을 강명구 등 막차 탄 행정관 등은 이번 서약 명단에 포함되지 않았다.
