【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구청소년창작센터가 오는 11월 15일 오후 5시 대덕문화전당 드림홀에서 청소년 무용단 ‘대구 남구’의 첫 정기공연 ‘내 꿈의 시작, 별빛 숲’을 개최한다.

이번 공연은 청소년 단원들이 1년 동안 연습하며 갈고닦은 무용 실력을 무대에서 선보이는 자리다.

무용을 통해 각자의 꿈과 감정을 표현하고, 이를 지역사회와 함께 나누는 뜻깊은 시간이 될 전망이다.

대표 작품인 ‘별빛 숲’은 대구 앞산 자락길과 별자리 터널에서 영감을 얻었다. 자연의 아름다움과 신비로운 별빛 속에서 저마다 빛을 가진 청소년들이 하나의 숲을 이뤄가는 모습을 예술적으로 담아냈다.

청소년들이 직접 안무를 구상하고 음악 해석에도 참여해 단순한 무용 발표회를 넘어, 자신을 나타내는 무대로 완성했다. 섬세한 안무와 감성적인 연출을 통해 관객들에게 깊은 여운을 남길 것으로 기대된다.

조재구 남구청장은 “별빛처럼 빛나는 청소년들의 무대가 우리 지역의 큰 자랑”이라며 “이번 공연이 남구의 문화예술 저변을 넓히고, 청소년에게 자신감과 성취감을 심어주는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다. 

이어 “앞으로도 청소년들이 다양한 예술 활동을 통해 성장할 수 있도록 지역사회가 함께 응원하고 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Daegu Nam-gu Youth Creation Center will host "Starlight Forest," the first regular performance by the youth dance troupe "Daegu Nam-gu," on November 15th at 5 PM at the Daedeok Cultural Center Dream Hall.
