'비전4.0포럼'은 오는 22일 창립총회와 토론회를 시작으로 본격 출범 활동에 돌입한다.포럼은 4차 산업혁명에 대비해 대한민국의 행복한 미래를 준비하고 국민의 삶을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 학계, 경제계, 법조계, 언론계, 정치계 등에서 33인의 전문가들이 발기인으로 동참한다.

발기인을 33명으로 한 것은 3.1 독립선언서 대표를 상기하듯 현 정부의 실정으로부터 혁신하기 위한 도원결의를 상징한다. 33인의 전문가들 중 정치권 인사들은 현 정부의 기득권 인사를 제외한 당적과 관계없는 시민정치혁명의 리딩이자 선명성이 드러난 인사들이 대다수다.

국민의힘 김상훈(대구 서구)·양금희(대구 북갑)·조명희(비례)·윤영석 의원(경남 양산)과 김병준 전 자유한국당 비상대책위원장, 김재수 전 농림축산식품부 장관, 김재원·정태옥 전 의원, 사공정규 국민의당 대구시당위원장, 이진숙 전 대전MBC사장, 도태우 변호사 등이 도원결의 형식으로 참여한다. 33인 중 여성 발기인만 9명이다.

20일 포럼 관계자에 따르면 포럼의 초대 이사장은 사공정규 국민의당 대구시당 위원장이 내정된 것으로 전해졌다.

이 관계자는 "지난해 9월과 11월 각각 김병준 전 위원장과 윤영석 의원 등을 모시고 가상화면의 비대면 토론회를 가졌다"면서 "사공정규 위원장이 사실상 비전4.0 포럼의 산파역을 해 왔다"고 말했다.

그러면서 "이번 포럼의 발기인들 모두 대구경북에서 신망받는 인사들이자 비상식적인 인사들이 즐비한 현 정국에서 지극히 상식적인 훌륭한 인사들"이라며 "정치경제사회문화 모두를 바꿔야 하지만 우선적으로 대구경북을 중심으로 정치부터 바꾸자는데 뜻을 함께한 분들"이라고 강조했다.

또 다른 포럼 준비위원은 "비전4.0포럼은 대구경북을 시작점으로 서울 전남북 광주 부산울산경남 등 동등한 입장에서 다른지역과 네트워킹할 것"이라며 "사공정규 위원장의 경우 이미 광주 전남 등과의 네트워킹이 진행중인 상황"이라고 말했다.

이 관계자는 "이번 포럼 발기인과 별도로 많은 시민들이 회원자격으로 참여를 약속했고 이들 시민들을 중심으로 정치개혁 시민단체로서의 활동을 펼쳐 나갈 것"이라고 덧붙였다.

한편, 비전 4.0포럼은 22일 오후 3시 온라인으로 창립총회가 개최되고, 오후 4시부터는 김상훈·양금희·윤영석 의원과 사공정규 위원장이 '대한민국 정치개혁 미래의 문을 연다'라는 주제로 토론에 나선다.

토론에 앞서 국민의힘 주호영 원내대표와 김병준 전 자유한국당 비대위원장이 축사를 할 예정이다.
