이월드는 고객 대기시간 불편 최소화·편의성도 높이고 새로운 영업 운영 방법도 적합하다는 판단에서 무인 키오스크를 15대 도입하여, 고객이용 편의성을 높였을 뿐만 아니라 각각의 키오스크에 안내요원을 배치해 사용에 어려움이 없도록 운영 중이다. 

또 이월드 홈페이지 리뉴얼 및 앱 개발을 통해 다양한 정보획득과 티켓을 구매할수 있도록 구현했다.

향후 앱을 통한 줄서기, 쿠폰활용 등 고객편의를 위한 기능을 지속적으로 업데이트 할 예정이다.

이월드는 고객의 건강과 위생을 위한 화장실 위생시설 리뉴얼 공사로 고객 눈높이에 부응하고 있다.

이월드 내부에 설치 운용중인 7곳 화장실을 지난 8월부터 리뉴얼하고 있다. 올해 10월 말까지 순차적으로 개선 작업을 진행한다는 계획이다.

쾌적함과 청결에 중점을 두고 존 별 테마가 있는 디자인을 적용했다. 유아 동반 고객이나 장애인을 위한 편의시설은 물론, 미끄럼 방지 등 안전성도 업그레이드 해 나갈 방침이다.

이월드 내 유료로 운영해오던 실내 공연장을 136석 규모의 입체 안경을 착용하고 관람하는 3D 애니메이션 전용 상영관인 ‘매직시네마’로 리뉴얼 하여, 이월드 입장 고객이라면 누구나 이용할 수 있도록 무료로 제공하고 있다.
