한‧미 양측은 ▵오염정화 책임, ▵주한미군이 현재 사용하고 있는기지의 환경관리 강화 방안, ▵한국이 제안하는 소파 관련 문서에대한 개정 가능성에 대해 지속 논의한다는 조건으로 12개 기지 반환에 합의했다.
