이번 성과는 간호교육인증 기준에 기반한 체계적인 교육과정 운영과 학생 맞춤형 국가고시 대비 프로그램이 결합된 결과로 평가된다. 간호학과는 이론 교육과 임상 실습을 유기적으로 연계한 교육 체계를 통해 학생들의 임상 실무 역량과 전문적 판단 능력을 지속적으로 강화해왔다.

특히 단계별 국가고시 대비 특강과 모의고사 운영, 취약 영역 집중 지도 등 맞춤형 지원 프로그램을 체계적으로 실시해 학습 완성도를 높였다는 설명이다.

김수연 간호학과장은 “국가고시 전원 합격은 학생들의 꾸준한 노력과 교수진의 체계적인 교육 지원이 함께 이뤄낸 값진 성과”라며 “앞으로도 현장 중심 교육을 강화해 임상 현장에서 신뢰받는 간호 전문 인재를 양성해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 대구한의대학교 간호학과는 지역사회 및 보건의료기관과의 협력을 확대하며 실무 역량과 인성을 겸비한 전문 간호인력 양성에 주력하고 있다.
