이번 평가는 사업 운영 성과, 참여자 만족도, 취업 연계 실적, 지역 협력체계 등을 종합적으로 반영해 진행됐으며, 대구한의대학교 대학일자리플러스센터는 맞춤형 취업지원 체계와 체계적인 성과관리 시스템에서 높은 평가를 받았다.

대구한의대학교는 재학생과 졸업생, 지역 청년을 대상으로 전공·학년별 맞춤형 진로·취업 상담을 비롯해 조기 진로 설계 프로그램, 취업역량 강화 교육 등을 운영하며 진로 탐색부터 취업, 사후 관리까지 연계되는 전 주기 고용지원 체계를 구축해 왔다.

특히 재학생맞춤형고용서비스사업을 통해 개인별 취업 준비 수준을 진단하고, 이에 기반한 맞춤형 취업 로드맵과 지속 상담 체계를 강화했다. 졸업생특화사업에서는 미취업 졸업생과 지역 청년을 대상으로 1대1 심층 취업 상담, 구직활동 지원, 지역 기업 연계 취업 알선, 취업 이후 사후관리까지 이어지는 밀착형 취업지원 시스템을 운영 중이다.

이 같은 성과는 객관적인 지표로도 입증됐다. 대구한의대학교는 2025년 대학정보공시 기준 취업률 67.6%를 기록하며, 대구·경북 지역 4년제 대학 가운데 졸업생 1,000명 이상 기준으로 2년 연속 취업률 1위를 차지했다. 이는 전년도 대비 1.7%포인트 상승한 수치다.

또한 지난 1월 19일 한국대학신문이 발표한 전국 4년제 일반대학(졸업생 1,500명 이상) 졸업생 취업률 분석에서도 전국 상위 10위권에 포함됐다. 해당 분석에서 대구한의대학교는 대구·경북 지역 대학 중 유일하게 상위권에 이름을 올리며 경쟁력을 입증했다.

변창훈 총장은 “3년 연속 정부 사업 우수 평가와 전국 취업률 상위 10위권 진입은 현장 중심 교육과 고용 연계 전략이 실제 성과로 이어진 결과”라며 “앞으로도 대학일자리플러스센터를 중심으로 학생과 지역 청년을 아우르는 통합형 고용 생태계를 구축해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Haany University offers customized career and employment counseling by major and grade level, early career planning programs, and employment capacity building training for current students, graduates, and local youth. This system encompasses a full-cycle employment support system encompassing career exploration, employment, and follow-up management.

In particular, through the Customized Employment Service Program for Current Students, we assess each student's level of job readiness and strengthen the customized employment roadmap and ongoing counseling system based on this assessment.
