20일 도에 따르면  최근 양육비·교육비 증가와 생활비 상승 등으로 출산·양육 부담이 커지는 상황에서 다자녀 가정에 대한 실질적 지원을 강화해 아이 키우기 좋은 지역 환경을 조성하겠다는 방침이다.

우선 올해 새롭게 시행되는 ‘다자녀 가정 큰 집 마련 이자지원’ 사업은 3자녀 이상 가정을 대상으로 주택 구입 대출이자를 지원하는 제도다. 대출 유형과 소득, 자녀 수에 따라 연 최대 480만 원까지 지원한다. 대상 주택은 주택 가액 9억 원 이하, 전용면적 124㎡ 이하이며, 부부 합산 연 소득 1억 3천만 원 이하 가구는 3월 16일부터 ‘경상북도 주거복지시스템’을 통해 온라인 신청할 수 있다.

‘다자녀 가정 이사비 지원’ 사업도 시행된다. 2024년 1월 이후 출생 자녀를 포함한 2자녀 이상 가정 가운데 이사 후 전입신고를 완료한 가구를 대상으로 최대 40만 원 한도 내에서 이사 비용을 지원한다. 이사용역비뿐 아니라 부동산 중개수수료도 포함되며, 3월 3일부터 ‘정부24 혜택알리미’를 통해 신청 가능하다.

또한 ‘다자녀 가정 농수산물 구입지원’ 사업을 통해 2자녀 이상 가정에 지역 농수산물 구입 쿠폰을 제공한다. 지원 금액은 2자녀 5만 원, 3자녀 7만 원, 4자녀 이상 10만 원이다. 신청은 3월 3일부터 ‘경북 저출생극복 통합 접수 시스템’에서 가능하며, 쿠폰은 경북 농특산물 쇼핑몰 ‘사이소’와 연계된 시·군 쇼핑몰에서 사용할 수 있다.

이 밖에도 도는 세 자녀 이상 가정 진료비 지원, 다자녀 출산농가 헬퍼 지원, 도내 문화·체육시설 이용료 할인 등 다양한 지원책을 병행해 다자녀 가정의 생활 부담을 덜 계획이다.

이철우 도지사는 “주거·이사·생활 분야 지원이 실제 생활에 도움이 되도록 설계한 만큼, 대상 가정에서는 지원 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인해 적극 활용해 달라”고 당부했다.
