【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자= 계명대학교(총장 신일희)가 2021학년도 정시모집에 나선다. 모집 규모는 전체 정원 규모 4천 615명 중 21.3%인 981명으로 가’군 563명,‘다’군 418명, 수능(농어촌전형)‘다’군에서 의예과 3명을 모집한다.

계명대는 전형요소별 성적 반영비율은 인문사회, 자연공학계열 모두 수능 100%로 백분위 점수를 적용하고, 탐구영역의 경우 두 과목의 백분위 점수 평균을 적용할 방침이다. 모집군별 한 개의 모집단위에 지원이 가능하며, 계열별 교차지원도 가능하다. 이는‘가’,‘다’군 모두 동일하게 적용되며, 별도의 수능최저학력기준은 적용되지 않는다. 예체능계열은 가군에서 모집하며 수능 20%, 실기 80%로 선발한다.

계열별 수능 성적 반영비율을 살펴보, 4개 영역 모두 동일하게 25%씩 반영된다. 다만, 자연공학계열의 경우 수학‘가’형에 15%, 과학탐구에 5%의 가산점이 적용된다. 의예과의 경우에는 자연공학계열과 같은 비율이 적용되지만, 수학‘가’형과 과학탐구를 반드시 응시해야 하며 별도의 가산점은 없다. 예체능계열의 경우 국어와 수학 중 한 과목을 선택해 40%, 영어 30%, 탐구 30%를 반영한다.

수능 영어 절대평가 시행으로 자체 백분위 점수를 활용하는 계명대는 1등급을 100점으로 1등급 하향 시 5점씩 감해져 9등급이 60점이 된다. 또, 한국사를 필수응시 해야 되며, 가산점도 주어진다. 인문사회, 자연공학계열의 경우 한국사 1~2등급은 5점, 두 등급 하향 시 0.5점씩 감해진다. 예체능계열의 경우 1~2등급 3.75점으로 두 등급 하향 시 0.375점씩 감해진다.

특히 눈여겨 볼 점은 전년과 동일하게 신입생 특별장학금이 지급된다는 것. 수능(일반전형)의 최초 합격자 전원에게 지급되며, 입학처 홈페이지 또는 모집요강에 상세 내용을 확인할 수 있다.

계명대 정시모집은 가, 다 군에서 모집을 하고 있기 때문에 가군과 다군에 복수지원이 가능하다. 또한, 경찰행정학과, 기계자동차공학부 등의 경쟁력 있는 학과 지원 시에 수능성적이 부족하다면 자율전공부로 우회하여 지원하는 방법도 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

입학 후 학과를 변경할 수 있는 전과제도를 활용하여 일단 신입생으로 입학한 후 2학년 때 원하는 전공을 선택하는 방법도 고려해볼 수 있다. 특별히 계명대학교에서는 야간학과 입학생도 주간학과로 전과가 가능하다.
