【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군의회(의장 김정희)는 지난 16일 11월 20일부터 27일간 진행된 제2차 정례회 일정을 마무리했다.

17일 군의회에 따르면 이번 12월 16일 제2차 정례회 제2차 본회의에서는 2025년 예산안 등 25건의 안건을심의·의결하였고, 특별위원회에서 2024년도 행정사무감사 실시 및 2025년도 예산안 심의를 했다.

행정사무감사특별위원회(위원장 김복남)에서는 조례에 근거한 예산운영, 과다한 이월예산, 군민의 알 권리 확보, 인구소멸대응사업, 원전 및 수소산단의 추진과정 등을면밀히 확인하였고, 지적사항에 대하여 시정, 처리, 개선 등을 요구했다.

김복남 위원장은 “지역현안사항에 대한 5분 자유발언 및 제안사항에 대하여 집행부는 적극적인청취와 이행을 당부한다.”라고 말했다.

예산결산특별위원회(위원장 황현철)에서는 2024년도 예산 대비 378억 1천 6백만원이증액된 6천 568억 2천 4백만원으로 전년 대비 6.1% 증가로 집행부가 제출한2025년도예산안을 원안가결했다.

황현철 위원장은 “최근 정치 상황 및 소비위축을 극복하기 위해 본 예산안을 원안가결하였으며, 지역경제 활성화에 도움이 되길 당부드린다.”라고 말했다.

김정희 의장은 폐회사에서 “27일간의 정례회 기간 동안 협조해주신 동료의원님들과 손병복 군수님을 비롯한 공직자 여러분께 깊은 감사를 드린다.”라며, “2025년도 예산의신속한 집행과 이월예산 최소화를 당부한다.”라고 말했다. 또한, “새해에도 울진군의회 의정활동에 군민 여러분의 변함없는 관심과 격려를부탁드린다”라고 당부했다.

Uljin County Council (Chairman Kim Jeong-hee) concluded the 2nd regular session schedule that was held for 27 days from November 20th on the 16th.

The Budget and Settlement Special Committee (Chairman Hwang Hyeon-cheol) passed the 2025 budget submitted by the executive branch as is, with an increase of 37.816 billion won from the 2024 budget to 656.824 billion won, a 6.1% increase from the previous year.

Chairman Hwang Hyeon-cheol said, “We passed this budget as is to overcome the recent political situation and consumption decline, and I hope it will help revitalize the local economy.”

Chairman Kim Jeong-hee said in her closing remarks, “I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my fellow members of the National Assembly and public officials including County Mayor Son Byeong-bok for their cooperation during the 27-day regular session.” He added, “I urge you to swiftly execute the 2025 budget and minimize carryover budgets.” He also asked, “I ask for the continued interest and encouragement of the citizens of Uljin County Council in the new year as well.”
