【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=iM뱅크(아이엠뱅크, 은행장 황병우)는 추석을 앞두고 지역 중소기업과 소상공인의 자금난 해소를 위해 총 1조원 규모의 ‘2025 추석 특별자금대출’을 지원한다고 25일 밝혔다.

이번 특별대출은 신규 5,000억 원, 만기연장 5,000억 원으로 구성되며, 오는 10월 24일까지 진행된다. 업체별 지원 한도는 최대 10억 원으로, 신용등급과 거래조건에 따라 금리 우대 혜택이 제공된다. 또한 신속한 자금지원을 위해 신용평가와 전결권을 완화하는 등 대출 절차를 간소화했다.

iM뱅크는 이번 지원을 통해 경기 부진과 매출 감소, 유동성 부족으로 어려움을 겪는 중소기업에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

황병우 은행장은 “추석 특별자금대출이 역내 기업들의 경영난 극복에 보탬이 되기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 다양한 금융지원 프로그램을 통해 중소기업 및 소상공인과 따뜻하게 동행하는 은행이 되겠다”고 말했다.

한편, (재)iM뱅크장학문화재단(이사장 황병우)은 대한적십자사 대구지사와 함께 추진한 ‘2025 YOUTH VISION TRIP-중국’ 프로그램을 성료했다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 지역 고등학생 50명을 선발해 지난 8월 3박 4일간 중국 상하이 일대를 탐방하는 해외문화체험 프로그램으로, 역사·문화·경제 현장을 직접 경험하며 글로벌 비전을 키우도록 돕는 취지에서 마련됐다.

학생들은 한·중 역사 유적지 탐방, iM뱅크 상해지점 및 상하이홍십자회 방문 등 다채로운 일정을 소화하며 글로벌 시민으로서의 시야를 넓혔다. 참가자들은 “중국의 문화와 생활을 직접 체험하고 친구들과 함께 뜻깊은 시간을 보냈다”고 소감을 전했다.

Meanwhile, the iM Bank Scholarship and Cultural Foundation (Chairman Hwang Byung-woo) announced the successful completion of the "2025 YOUTH VISION TRIP - China" program, jointly implemented with the Daegu Branch of the Korean Red Cross.

This program selected 50 local high school students for a three-night, four-day overseas cultural experience trip to Shanghai, China, in August. The program aimed to foster a global perspective through first-hand experience of history, culture, and economic development.

The students broadened their perspectives as global citizens through a diverse itinerary that included visits to historical sites in Korea and China, the iM Bank Shanghai Branch, and the Shanghai Red Cross Society. Participants shared their experiences, saying, "We experienced Chinese culture and lifestyle firsthand and had a meaningful time with our friends."

The iM Bank Scholarship and Cultural Foundation continues this program this year, following last year's, and continues to expand scholarship and cultural projects that contribute to the local community.
