이번 행사는 급변하는 대외 통상환경 속에서 지역 기업의 대응력을 높이고 수출·통상 애로를 해소하기 위해 마련됐다. 행사에서는 ▲한-미 관세협상 이후 통상환경 변화 전망 ▲일반(비특혜) 원산지판정기준과 사례 ▲EU 공급망법(CSDDD·CRMA 등) 이해 등을 주제로 한 설명회가 진행됐다.
또한 경북동부지역 11개 수출유관기관이 참여해 기업별 애로사항에 대한 전문 상담과 기관별 지원사업을 안내하는 1대1 맞춤형 컨설팅 서비스를 제공했다.
경북동부FTA통상진흥센터장은 “통상환경이 빠르게 변화하는 가운데, 이번 행사는 지역 기업들의 현장 목소리를 직접 듣고 실질적인 대응 역량을 강화할 수 있는 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 기업들이 체감할 수 있는 통상 지원 체계를 지속적으로 구축해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Gyeongbuk Eastern FTA Trade Promotion Center Successfully Concludes "FTA/Trade Desk"
The Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Na Ju-young) hosted the "FTA/Trade Desk" for local business executives and employees at the Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry's second-floor conference room and first-floor lobby at 2:00 PM on October 29th. Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the event was co-hosted by the Gyeongbuk Eastern FTA Trade Promotion Center and the Korea Productivity Center.
The event was designed to enhance the resilience of local businesses and address export and trade challenges amidst the rapidly changing international trade environment. The event included briefings on topics such as: ▲Outlook on changes in the trade environment following the Korea-US tariff negotiations; ▲General (non-preferential) rules of origin determination criteria and examples; ▲Understanding the EU Supply Chain Management Act (CSDDD, CRMA, etc.).
Additionally, 11 export-related organizations in the eastern Gyeongbuk region participated, providing one-on-one customized consulting services, including expert advice on individual company challenges and guidance on support programs offered by each organization.
The Director of the Gyeongbuk Eastern FTA Trade Promotion Center stated, "Amidst the rapidly changing trade environment, this event was a meaningful opportunity to directly hear from local companies and strengthen our practical response capabilities. We will continue to build a trade support system that companies can truly experience."
