【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항상공회의소(회장 나주영)는 대구지방공정거래사무소와 공동으로 지난 19일 포항상공회의소 1층 비즈니스종합지원센터에서 ‘공정거래 이동상담실’을 운영했다고 20일 밝혔다.

이날 상담에는 박철균 소비자과장과 김유진 조사관이 초빙돼 기업 현장에서 겪는 공정거래 관련 애로사항을 직접 확인하고 상담을 진행했다.

‘공정거래 이동상담실’은 공정거래법과 하도급법 등 관련 제도에 대한 궁금증을 해소하고, 지역 사업자의 권익 보호와 편의 증진을 위해 마련된 무료 상담 프로그램이다.

이번 상담에서는 공정거래위원회의 주요 추진 정책을 설명하고, 대금 미지급, 계약서 작성 미비 등 현장에서 빈번히 발생하는 불공정 거래 사례에 대해 맞춤형 상담이 이뤄졌다. 특히 최근 개정된 법령과 기업이 반드시 숙지해야 할 실무 기준을 상세히 안내해 지역 기업들의 불이익 예방에 실질적인 도움이 됐다는 평가다.

아울러 포항상공회의소는 이종규 경영지도사, 황정석 공인노무사, 남도희 변호사를 초빙해 ‘비즈니스 전문상담’도 함께 실시했다. 청년일자리·창업, 기술·생산, 인사·노무, 법률 등 다양한 분야에서 전문 자문이 제공됐으며, 지역 기업·소상공인·예비창업자들로부터 높은 호응을 얻었다.

Additionally, the Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry invited Lee Jong-gyu, a management consultant, Hwang Jeong-seok, a certified labor attorney, and Nam Do-hee, an attorney, to provide expert business consultations. Expert advice was provided in a variety of areas, including youth employment and entrepreneurship, technology and production, human resources and labor, and law, and was well-received by local businesses, small business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
