【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항상공회의소(회장 문충도)는 지난 25일 포스코국제관에서 윤태익 인하대학교 겸임교수를 초청해 ‘나로부터 비롯되는 변화, 소통리더십’이라는 주제로 ‘제20회 포항 CEO 포럼’을 개최했다고 26일 밝혔다.

이날 포럼에는 문충도 회장과 임성훈 DGB대구은행장을 비롯해 이강덕 시장, 백인규 시의회의장, 박용선 도의회부의장, 신동근 교육장, 김무환 포스텍 총장 등 150여명이 참석했다.

이날 강연에서 윤태익 교수는 “사람이 모여 만든 조직에서 결국, 사람에대한 지식이 기업의 경쟁력이다.”이라고 설명하면서 사람 경영을 제대로 할 줄아는 리더로의 변화, 조직 내 동기부여, 갈등관리에 대한 다양한 방법을 전달했다.

특히 “리더가 효과적으로 조직을 운영하기 위해서는 공감하는 리더,소통하는 리더, 신뢰받는 리더가 되는 것이 중요하다”면서 이를 위한 부하직원과의 대화법, 칭찬법, 충고법, 동기부여법 등 구체적인 소통 방법을제시했다.

이날 행사를 주최한 문충도 회장은 “코로나로 인해 2년간 중단되었던 포항CEO포럼을 다시 개최하게 되어 기쁘게 생각하며,앞으로도 지역 기업들이 필요로 하는 경영정보를신속히제공해 드림은 물론, 기업경영에 도움이 되는 유익한 교육의 장을 지속적으로 마련해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

한편, 포항CEO포럼은 지난 2005년부터 포항상공회의소와 DGB대구은행이공동으로 개최해오고 있다.
