이번 상담은 황정석 공인노무사와 남도희 변호사를 초빙해 인사·노무 및 법률 자문을 제공하며, 중소기업과 소상공인이 현장에서 겪는 다양한 경영 애로사항을 해소하는 데 도움을 줄 예정이다.

‘비즈니스지원단 전문상담’은 경영지도사, 기술지도사, 노무사, 세무사, 관세사, 변호사 등 분야별 전문가로 구성된 인력풀을 바탕으로 운영되며, 청년창업자·중소·벤처기업·소상공인·예비창업자 등을 대상으로 무료 상담을 진행하고 있다.

특히 이번 상담은 최근 수요가 급증하고 있는 노무 및 법률 분야를 중심으로 진행된다. 최저임금 인상, 근로계약, 인사관리 등 노무 이슈는 물론, 각종 분쟁 및 계약 관련 법률문제 등 실질적인 경영 현안 해결에 초점을 맞춘다.
