【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국교육학술정보원(원장 정제영, 이하 케리스)은 4월 7일 기관의 미래 비전 수립과 내부 혁신을 이끌 협의체 ‘케리스 청사진(청년이사진)’ 2026년 제1회 정기총회를 개최했다.

‘케리스 청사진’은 재직 10년 내외의 선임급 직원으로 구성된 내부 소통 기구로, 정제영 원장 취임 이후 주요 정책 방향을 논의하고 현장의 의견을 경영진에 전달하는 핵심 채널로 자리잡고 있다.

이번 총회에서는 신임 청년이사 임명과 함께 기관의 지속 가능한 성장을 위한 주요 과제를 중심으로 논의가 이뤄졌다. 특히 정부 정책에 대응한 에너지 절감 방안과 인공지능(AI)·디지털 기반 업무 혁신이 핵심 의제로 다뤄졌다.

청년이사진은 전사적 에너지 사용 점검을 통한 사전 전력 차단, 재택·유연근무 확대, 에너지 절감 캠페인 추진 등 실효성 있는 관리 방안을 제안했다.

또한 AI 챗봇 도입과 업무 자동화를 통한 효율성 제고 방안도 논의됐으며, 디지털 교육 전문기관으로서 AI를 선도적으로 활용해 내부 업무를 고도화해야 한다는 데 공감대가 형성됐다. 해당 AI 기반 업무지원 시스템은 시범 운영을 거쳐 보안성이 강화된 폐쇄망 환경까지 단계적으로 확대될 예정이다.

케리스는 이번 협의체에서 제안된 아이디어가 실제 정책으로 이어질 수 있도록 실행 중심 운영체계를 강화할 계획이다. 정기총회와 차담회를 통해 도출된 아이디어는 전 직원 공감도 조사와 캠페인을 거쳐 정책에 반영되며, 참여도와 성과에 따라 ‘청사진 블루포인트’ 제도를 통해 우수 청년이사를 포상할 방침이다.

정제영 원장은 “청년이사진은 기관 미래를 설계하는 핵심 소통 창구”라며 “각 본부를 대표하는 동시에 조직 전체를 바라보는 시각에서 적극적인 아이디어를 제시해주길 기대한다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “단기 성과를 넘어 중장기적 관점에서 케리스의 미래를 이끄는 주역이 되어 달라”고 당부했다.

On April 7, the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS, President Jeong Je-young) held the first regular general meeting of 2026 for the ‘KERIS Blueprint (Young Board of Directors),’ a consultative body tasked with establishing the institution’s future vision and leading internal innovation.

The ‘KERIS Blueprint’ is an internal communication body composed of senior-level employees with approximately 10 years of service. Since President Jeong Je-young’s inauguration, it has established itself as a key channel for discussing major policy directions and conveying feedback from the field to management.

At this general meeting, discussions focused on key tasks for the institution’s sustainable growth, alongside the appointment of new Young Board members. The Young Board of Directors proposed effective management measures, such as preemptive power cutoffs through company-wide energy usage checks, the expansion of remote and flexible work arrangements, and the promotion of energy saving campaigns.

The AI-based business support system is scheduled to be gradually expanded to a secure closed network environment following a pilot operation.

KERIS plans to strengthen its execution-oriented operational system to ensure that ideas proposed at this consultative body translate into actual policies. Ideas derived from the regular general meeting and tea meetings will be reflected in policies following all-employee consensus surveys and campaigns. Furthermore, outstanding young directors will be rewarded through the "Blueprint Blue Point" system based on their participation and performance.

President Jung Je-young stated, "The young directors serve as a key communication channel for designing the institution's future," adding, "I expect them to present active ideas from a perspective that views the entire organization while representing their respective divisions." He further urged them to "become key players leading KERIS's future from a mid-to-long-term perspective, going beyond short-term achievements."
