【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국국학진흥원(원장직무대행 김동룡, 이하 국학진흥원)은 문화체육관광부의 예산 지원으로 올해부터 ‘근대 기록문화 조사수집’ 사업을 실시함에 따라 ‘근대기록문화 조사원’ 500명을 선발한다고 9일 밝혔다.

‘근대기록문화 조사수집’ 사업은 고령화 시대를 맞이해 중노년층의 삶의 질 향상과 멸실 위기에 처한 근대 기록문화를 조사・보존・활용하기 위해 기획됐다.

이번 사업에서는 1910년부터 1979년 사이에 생산된 문서・서적・사진・도면 등의 기록자료를 조사한 뒤 사진 사본을 수집한다. 수집된 기록자료는 체계적으로 정리 · 분류하여 학술연구와 대중화사업에 적극 활용될 예정이다.

이에 따라 올해 전국 5개 권역(수도권・강원권・경상권・충청권・전라제주권)에 걸쳐 총 500명 규모의 ‘근대 기록문화 조사원’을 신규 선발한다.

선발된 인원은 5월부터 7월까지 소정의 양성교육을 거친 후 8월부터 4개월간 현장에서 자료조사 활동을 수행하게 된다. 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 주로 온라인을 활용한 비대면 교육을 시행하고, 방역 지침을 철저하게 준수하며 근대기록자료의 조사활동을 진행할 계획이다.

근대기록문화 조사원은 만 50세부터 70세까지(1952년 1월 1일~1971년 12월 31일 출생)의 대한민국 국적의 중장년(남녀 모두 포함)으로서 지역 역사와 기록 자료에 관심과 애정을 가진 사람이라면 누구든 지원 가능하다. 지원자는 한국국학진흥원 홈페이지에서 선발 공고문을 확인하고 지원서를 다운받아 3월 8일(월)부터 3월 19일(금)까지 ‘한국국학진흥원 근대기록문화조사 수집사업 담당자’에게 전자우편(silver@koreastudy.or.kr)으로 지원서를 접수하면 된다.

한국국학진흥원 관계자는 “이 사업을 통해 사각지대에 처한 근대기록자료의 안전한 보존과 함께 고령화 시대 중노년층의 인생 이모작 지원이라는 두 가지 성과를 거둘 수 있다. 앞으로도 국학진흥사업을 통해 여러 가지 사회 현안 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 모색해나갈 생각이다”고 밝혔다.

The selected personnel will undergo a prescribed training course from May to July, and then conduct data research activities in the field for 4 months from August. In order to prevent the spread of Corona 19, it plans to conduct non-face-to-face education mainly using online, thoroughly comply with the quarantine guidelines, and conduct investigations on modern records.

The Modern Archives and Culture Investigator is a middle-aged (male and female) of Korean nationality aged 50 to 70 (born January 1, 1952 to December 31, 1971), who is interested in and affectionately with local history and documentary materials.
