【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=행복북구문화재단은 '세대공감 놀이터 공공미술(야외컨테이너 DJ BOX) 공모'를 진행한다고 7일 밝혔다.

공모는 기존 대구 어울아트센터 야외 전시공간으로 활용됐던 'ARTBOX47' 전시 컨테이너를 'DJ BOX'로 바꿔줄 참여자를 모집하기 위해 마련됐다.  신청은 오는 13일부터 29일 오후 6시까지다.

작가, 디자이너, 건축가 등 작품 디자인 및 설치할 수 있는 누구나 지원할 수 있으며 선정된 참여자는 보상금 최대 1500만원을 획득할 수 있다.

공모 신청은 행복북구문화재단 홈페이지에서 받은 참가 신청서를 작성 후 전자우편으로 제출하면 된다. 최종 선정팀 발표는 3월8일까지다. 

한편 '세대공감 놀이터'는 어울아트센터 배경으로 4월부터 10월까지 운영되는 남녀노소 즐길 수 있는 문화놀이터 만들기 프로그램이다.

행복북구문화재단 관계자는 "이번 공모를 통해 제작될 공공미술은 세대공감 놀이터 중심 공간에 설치될 예정이다"고 말했다.

 Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation announced on the 7th that it will be holding a ‘Generational Sympathy Playground Public Art (Outdoor Container DJ BOX) Contest’.

The contest was prepared to recruit participants who would change the 'ARTBOX47' exhibition container, which was previously used as an outdoor exhibition space at Daegu Oul Art Center, into a 'DJ BOX'. Applications are open from the 13th to 6pm on the 29th.

Anyone who can design and install works, including artists, designers, and architects, can apply, and selected participants can receive up to 15 million won in compensation.

To apply for the contest, fill out the participation application form obtained from the Happy North Cultural Foundation website and submit it by e-mail. The final selection team will be announced by March 8th.

Meanwhile, the 'Generation Sympathy Playground' is a program to create a cultural playground that can be enjoyed by all ages, operating from April to October against the backdrop of the Eul Arts Center.

An official from the Happy North District Cultural Foundation said, “The public art to be produced through this contest will be installed in the central space of the generational empathy playground.”
