단순한 시설 개선을 넘어 시민에게 더 친근하고 품격 있는 문화공간으로 다가가기 위한 리브랜딩의 일환이다.
2023년부터 순차적으로 진행된 리모델링은 공연장 로비, 화장실, 출연자 대기실 등 낡은 공간을 중심으로 이뤄졌다.
올해는 재단 설립 이래 처음으로 외부 현판 교체와 객석 리모델링을 단행하며 어울아트센터의 이미지를 새롭게 바꿨다.
외관에는 현대적이고 세련된 디자인의 간판을 달고, 야간 조명도 함께 개선해 방문객의 접근성과 시인성을 높였다.
교체된 객석은 인체공학적 설계와 고급 방음재를 적용해 관람객의 편의성과 몰입도를 크게 높였다. 전 좌석은 고급 쿠션 재질로 바꾸고, 좌석 간 간격도 조정해 장시간 공연 관람에도 피로감을 줄일 수 있도록 개선했다.
