이날 선포식에서 공사는 ‘생성형 AI, 클라우드 전환, 업무 자동화’ 등 신기술을 적용하여 업무 혁신을 이끌어내고, 디지털 기술을 활용한 서비스 개선과 고객 만족을 실현할 것임을 밝혔다.

선포식은, 신설된 ‘디지털혁신TF팀’의 디지털 전환 추진 계획 발표를 시작으로 행사가 진행됐다. 마지막으로 전 임직원은 디지털 전환에 대한 결의와 다짐을 다지며 마무리됐다.

경상북도개발공사는 디지털 전환을 위해 ▲GBDC 생성형 AI 시스템 구축 ▲VR 모델하우스 등 신기술을 적용한 대표 홈페이지 개편 ▲모바일 업무 시스템 구축 ▲클라우드 기반 웹메일 시스템 도입 ▲로봇 자동화(RPA) 서비스 구축 ▲부동산 전자계약 서비스 제공 등 다양한 정보화 활동을 추진해왔다.

이재혁 경상북도개발공사 사장은 “변화하는 시대에 맞춰 다양한 디지털 신기술을 도입하여 업무 효율을 향상시키고, 디지털 서비스 개선을 통해 고객이 편리하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원하는 등 디지털 기반 경영 실현을 위해 앞장서 나가겠다”고 말했다.
