【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자= 미래통합당 김상훈 의원(대구 서구)은 13일 국토교통부가 제출한‘시도별 주택임대차 정보 현황’에 따르면, 2020년 6월 현재 전국의 임대 중인 주택 731만 3,204호 중 (공부상) 임대료가 파악 가능한 주택은 207만 464호(28.3%)에 불과한 반면, 524만 2,740호(71.7%)는 임대료 정보가 없었다고 밝혔다.

文정부가 각종 임대사업자 정책과 세제개편을 추진했지만, 가장 기초적인 임대소득 자료도 없이 진행한 것이다.

시도별로는, 서울이 47.4%로 임대료 파악 비율이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 경기 35.0%, 대전 33.9%, 세종 32.4% 순이었다. 부산, 대구, 광주 등 주요광역시는 모두 30% 이하를 밑돌았고, 전남(6.8%)과 제주(8.4%)의 경우 임대주택 10곳 중 1곳의 임대소득도 알기 어려운 실정이었다.

한편 서울시 중 강남4구의 경우 49.7%로 전국과 서울 전체(47.4%) 비율을 상회했다. 文정부의‘집값정책’이 서울, 그 중에서도 강남권에 집중되어 있음을 시사하는 대목이다. 이와 달리 지방, 특히 수도권 및 광역시가 아닌 지자체의 경우 임대소득을 알 수 있는 비율이 10%대 중반에 그쳤다.

김상훈 의원은“文정부에서 추진된 각종 주택 관련 세금 강화 정책이 과연 현실에 기반을 두고 이루어진 것인지 의구심이 든다”라며,“국토부는 새 시스템 구축으로 임대소득을 훤히 다 본다고 공언했지만, 결국 깜깜이 행정에 불과했고, 그 불편과 피해는 국민에게 고스란히 전가된 셈”이라고 지적했다.
