국민의힘 김상훈 의원(대구 서구)이 “최근 3년 사이 신공항 입지로 계획된 가덕도에 토지 보상금을 더 받기 위한 신축건물이 급증하고 있다”며 비판에 나섰다.
김상훈 의원이 부산시로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면 최근 3년간 가덕도 내 신축건물 건수가, 2020년 52건, 2021년 7월 현재 123건으로 3년 사이 무려 7.7배나 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
뿐만 아니라 신축건물이 차지하는 크기 또한 급증하면서 신공항 입지 개발에 대한 보상 기대 때문이라는 분석이 나오고 있다.
이에 김상훈 의원은“현재 가덕도는 지역 사정과 관계없이 생기는 건축물 때문에 주민들의 불편이 가중되고 있다”고 지적했다.
아울러 “부동산 문제에 취약했던 文정부의 실정이 가덕도에서도 반복되고 있는 꼴이다. 원주민의 피해를 경감시킬 방안이 필요하다”고 거듭 강조했다.
