이근수 예비후보는 14일 공약 발표에서 “행정의 해답은 현장에 있다”며 “구청장이 직접 주민을 찾아가 사소한 목소리까지 귀 기울이겠다”고 밝혔다. ‘이바구데이’는 경상도 사투리인 ‘이바구(이야기)’에서 따온 말로, 행정의 문턱을 낮추고 주민들과 격의 없이 소통하겠다는 뜻을 담았다.

핵심은 구청장이 직접 현장을 찾는 상시 소통 구조다. 주민센터, 전통시장, 공원, 복지시설 등 곳곳을 정기적으로 방문해 주민 의견을 듣고, 현장에서 제기된 민원을 바로 해결하는 ‘즉문즉답 원스톱 시스템’을 도입하겠다는 계획이다. 부서 간 칸막이를 낮춰 현장에서 곧바로 검토하고 조치하는 방식이다.

민원 처리 과정의 투명성도 강화한다. 접수부터 처리 완료까지 모든 절차와 결과를 주민에게 공개해 책임성을 높이고, 행정에 대한 신뢰를 회복한다는 방침이다.

이 예비후보는 과거 북구 부구청장 경험을 언급하며 “누구보다 현장에서 행정의 해답을 찾는 일의 중요성을 잘 안다”며 “구민의 작은 불편함도 놓치지 않는 현장 행정을 펼치겠다”고 했다. 

이어 “이바구데이를 통해 언제나 열려 있고, 늘 곁에 있는 구청장이 되겠다”고 강조했다.

이근수 예비후보는 앞으로 세부적인 운영 방안과 시범 사업 계획도 순차적으로 공개할 예정이다.

He further emphasized, "Through 'Ibagu Day,' I will become a district mayor who is always open and always by your side."
