경북TP 경북스마트제조혁신센터는 스마트제조분야 전문가 자문단을 구성해, 스마트공장 솔루션 도입계획 수립 및 구축과정의 현장애로 해결할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다.

경북스마트제조혁신센터는 스마트공장 솔루션 전 과정에 대한 지원을 통해, 스마트공장 구축을 희망하는 참여기업이 어려움 없이 스마트화 제조환경을 구축할 수 있도록 지원한다.

전문가 컨설팅을 신청한 기업에 대한 현장진단 및 상담을 통해 현장애로를 수렴하고, 스마트공장 구축목표 달성을 위한 로드맵을 가시화 할 수 있도록 한다.

컨설팅 지원은 스마트공장 보급․확산 사업의 코디네이터와 별도로 신청이 가능하고, 컨설팅 신청서만 제출하면 무상으로 지원을 받을 수 있다.
