【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 한국부동산원(원장 손태락)은 주택청약 추첨 업무의 편의 개선을 위해 대구 소재의 전산추첨실을 추가 운영한다고 30일 밝혔다.
한국부동산원은 주택청약업무수행기관으로 지난 2020년 2월 청약홈 오픈 이후 APT 및 오피스텔 등 분양, 청약 접수, 당첨자 선정·발표 등 청약 관련 다양한 서비스를 제공해오고 있다.
그러나 당첨자 선정을 위한 추첨실이 서울(강남구 역삼동 소재)에만 위치하고 있어, 사업주체의 소재지가 비수도권인 경우 담당자의 입회에 거리적·시간적 제약이 있었다.
이에 한국부동산원은 대구 본사(대구시 동구 신서동) 소재에 별도 추첨실을 추가 운영하여 사업주체의 편의를 향상시키기로 했다.
부동산원 청약운영 담당자는 "청약 추첨일 전주에 사업주체가 추첨실 지역(서울, 대구)을 선택할 수 있도록 사전 안내하고 있으며 사업주체는 희망 지역을 선택하여 입회할 수 있다."고 말했다.
