【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국부동산원은 2020년 한국연구재단 학술지평가결과 ‘부동산분석’(Journal of Real Estate Analysis)이 등재학술지로 선정됐다고 18일 밝혔다.
한국부동산원은 대내·외 연구역량 강화 및 학술 교류를 위하여 지난 2015년 학술지 ‘부동산분석’을 창간했고, 2018년 등재후보학술지 선정에 이어 창간 5년 만에 등재학술지로 선정되는 쾌거를 이뤘다.
‘부동산분석’은 부동산 정책․공시․통계․투자․금융․개발․평가․경영․관리․산업․녹색건축등 다양한 논문을 수록하고 있으며, 엄정한 심사를거쳐 연3회(4월30일, 7월31일, 11월30일)발간하고 있다.
‘현재까지 발간된 논문은 ’부동산분석‘학술지 전용 홈페이지또는 한국부동산원 연구원 홈페이지를 통해 확인 가능하다.
부동산 관련 학술활동을 장려하기 위해 투고료와 심사료는 받지 않고 있으며, ‘부동산분석’에 게재가 확정된 논문에 대해서는 소정의 연구장려금을 지급하고 있다.
제7권 제1호에 게재되는 논문은 2021년 2월부터 접수받을 예정으로,관련 전문가(부동산 관련 학계ㆍ연구원ㆍ실무) 및 대학원생이면 누구나 투고 가능하다.
한국부동산원 김학규 원장은“부동산 분야에서 최단기간으로 등재학술지에 선정된 것은 의미 있는 일”이라면서, “앞으로 더 활발한연구가 이루어질 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”라고 밝혔다.

The Korea Real Estate Agency launched'Real Estate Analysis' in 2015 to reinforce its internal and external research capabilities and academic exchange, and made a splendid achievement of being selected as a registered academic journal after five years after the selection of a nomination journal in 2018.
'Real Estate Analysis' contains a variety of papers such as real estate policy, disclosure, statistics, investment, finance, development, evaluation, management, management, industry, green architecture, etc. Three times a year (April 30, July 31st, November 30th) are published.
'Thesis published so far can be checked on the website dedicated to the'Real Estate Analysis' journal or the website of the Korea Real Estate Agency.
In order to encourage academic activities related to real estate, submission and review fees are not charged, and research incentives are paid for papers confirmed to be published in “Real Estate Analysis”.
Thesis published in Volume 7, No. 1, will be accepted from February 2021, and can be submitted by related experts (academia, researcher, and practice related to real estate) and graduate students.
