이번 업무협약은 한국부동산원과 한국감정평가사협회 간 상생협력을 강화하고 감정평가정보에 대한 상호 공유·개방을 도모하기 위해 체결됐다.

세부적으로는 재결정보시스템 등 인수인계를 위한 협력체계 구축, 기관 간 감정평가정보 교류, 주택공급 활성화를 위한 정비사업 정상화 등에 대해 상호 협력하기로했다.

한국부동산원은 이번 업무협약 체결을 통해 감정평가업계 발전뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 대국민 서비스 향상에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

 한국부동산원 손태락 원장은 “이번 협약을 비롯한 양 기관의 상호협력을 통하여 감정평가업계의 발전을 위해 노력함으로써, 부동산시장의 안정과 질서 유지에 앞장서는 모범적인 관계로 거듭날 수 있길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
