이번 업무협약은 달서구청, 월성종합사회복지관, 학산종합사회복지관, 본리종합사회복지관, 우리아동발달클리닉, 정다운언어심리상담센터, 공감톡톡언어․심리발달클리닉 7개 기관과 민․관 협력체계를 구축해 드림스타트 아동과 가정에 심리·언어치료 지원으로 건강한 지역사회 조성을 위한 목적으로 마련됐다.
협약을 통해 각 기관은 심리적·정서적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 취약계층 아동에게 다양한 심리 및 언어 치료 서비스를 지원하며 협약 기관 간 필요한 인적·물적 자원을 연계하며, 위기아동 발굴과 기타 필요한 교육 활동에 상호 협력할 계획이다.
이태훈 달서구청장은“이번 협약을 통해 민․관이 함께 힘을 모아 취약계층 아동과 가정의 건강한 성장과 아동의 웃음소리가 커져가는 아동친화도시 달서구 활성화에 지속적인 노력을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
