【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 올해 차별화된 위생행정으로 구민들이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 위생업소 관리에 나선다고 21일 밝혔다.

이를 위해 푸드비전 경쟁력 강화와 안전한 위생환경 구축에 초점을 맞춰 사업을 추진할 예정이다.

달서구만의 음식문화 트렌드를 창출하고자 선사시대로 관광콘텐츠와 연계한 메뉴 개발과 달토기빵을 지역의 대표 관광상품으로 자리매김하고자 노력 중이다. 또한, 명품 음식문화거리 조성에도 박차를 가하고 있다.

지난해에 이어 올해도 숙박․목욕․세탁업을 대상으로 공중위생서비스 평가와 위생 취약업소를 대상으로 현장 멘토링 사업을 추진해 위생서비스의 질적 향상을추진한다.

대구형 우수 숙박시설 ‘더굿나잇’ 신규업소를 적극 발굴하고,최근 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 룸카페, 멀티방 등 신․변종 유해업소에 대한 합동점검과 상시 모니터링을강화해 나갈 계획이다.

식품 제조에서 소비까지 단계별 위해요인 관리, 식중독 등 식품안전사고 예방을 위한 점검 강화로 안전한 먹거리 환경 구축을 추진한다. 7월에는사회복지급식관리지원센터를 신규 설치해 노인․장애인 등 취약계층의 건강관리에도 만전을 기할 예정이다.

이태훈 달서구청장은“앞으로도 건강한 먹거리 환경구축과 위생서비스의 질적 향상을 위해 돋보이는 위생행정을 펼쳐가겠다.”고 말했다.

한편, 달서구는 앞서가는 위생관리로 대구시 위생행정 종합평가에서 2021년부터3년 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다.

   We promote the establishment of a safe food environment by managing risk factors at each stage from food production to consumption and strengthening inspections to prevent food safety accidents such as food poisoning.
