이날 선포식에서는 2021년 수립한 기존 ESG 전략방향에 (I)혁신성장기반 구축을 더한 한국부동산원만의 독자적인 ESGi+ 전략체계를 발표했다.

새롭게 추가된 (I)혁신성장기반 구축에는 공공기관의 혁신(i) 방안 수립 및 추진과 대국민 정보(i) 개방 확대 내용을 반영했다.

기존의 ESG전략체계를 고도화하여 13대 전략목표와 33대 전략과제를 수립하고, 이를 실현하기 위한 85개의 자체실행과제를 발굴하여 기관의 중장기 로드맵에 따라 추진한다.

한국부동산원 손태락 원장은 “선언식을 통해 ESG경영 선도기관으로서 국민의 눈높이에 맞는 고품질의 부동산 서비스를 제공하고, 정부 정책지원을 위한 공공기관 혁신방안 마련과 대국민 정보 공개 확대 정책 등 추진과제를 충실히 이행할 계획이다”고 밝혔다.
