대구지역 아파트 매매가격의 하락세가 계속 이어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

한국부동산원의 2022년 1월 2주 주간 아파트가격 동향에 따르면 대구의 이 기간 아파트 매물거래는 지난 주보다 0.01%가 더 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 매물이 감소하면서 가격은 동반 하락했다.

이 기간 전국 주간 아파트 매매와 전세가격은 0.03%씩 상승했다.

시도별로는 제주(0.12%), 광주(0.11%), 강원(0.09%), 충북(0.09%), 충남(0.09%), 울산(0.08%), 전북(0.08%), 경북(0.07%), 인천(0.06%) 등은 상승, 세종(-0.28%), 대구(-0.06%), 대전(-0.03%)은 하락했다.

매물적체가 심화되면서 하락세 지속되는 가운데 대구에서는 동구와 중구 달서구가 가장 높은 하락폭을 기록했다. 동구(-0.11%)는 효목ㆍ신천동 위주로, 달서구(-0.09%)는 본ㆍ신당동, 중구(-0.06%)는 대신ㆍ남산동 위주로 하락폭이 컸다.

전세 가격 역시 대구는 하락했다. 이 기간 전국은 0.03% 상승했다. 그러나 상승폭은 지난 주보다 축소됐다. 시도별로는 울산(0.16%), 충북(0.13%), 광주(0.10%), 제주(0.09%), 경남(0.08%), 충남(0.07%), 경북(0.07%), 전북(0.05%) 등은 상승했지만  세종(-0.38%), 대전(-0.04%), 대구(-0.03%), 경기(-0.01%)는 하락했다.
