한국부동산원은 본 협약을 통해 대구 달서구 상인동 소재유휴공간을활용하여청년창업에 필요한 공간 및경제활동 지원으로지역 현안 해결에앞장서고자 한다.
‘청년 창업 및 공동체 커뮤니티 공간조성 사업’은 유휴공간을리모델링하여 청년, 프리랜서협동조합, 예비 창업자및 지역주민을 위한 공용 공간으로 활용토록 지원하는 사업이다.
김학규 한국부동산원 원장은 “이번 사업은 취업난을 겪고 있는 청년들의 일자리 창출과 코로나19 장기화로 지친 지역주민을 위한 힐링공간이 될 것이라 기대하며, 앞으로도 지역과 상생하는공공기관이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
