한국부동산원은 부동산 분야의 학술 교류 및 연구역량 강화를 위하여 4월 30일 발간 예정인 학술지 부동산분석 제7권 제1호에 게재할 논문을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번에 모집하는 논문의 주제는 부동산 정책·공시·통계·투자·금융·개발·평가·경영·관리·산업·녹색건축 등의 분야로, 관련 전문가(부동산 관련 학계·연구원·실무) 및 대학원생이면 누구나 투고가 가능하다.

또한 부동산 관련 연구를 장려하기 위해 투고료 및 심사료는 받지 않고 있으며 부동산분석에 게재가 확정된 논문에 대해서는 소정의 연구장려금(200만원/편)이 지급될 예정이다.

김학규 원장은 “부동산 전문 학술지 발간을 통한 학문적 성과는 궁극적으로 우리나라 부동산 산업 발전과 국민경제 발전에 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것”이라는 기대를 밝히며 “부동산시장 전문기관으로서 창의적이고 정책적인 가치를 지니는 우수한 논문을 게재하여 부동산 학술 발전에 조금이나마 보탬이 될 수 있도록 노력 하겠다”고 전했다.

한편 논문이 게재될 학술지 부동산분석은 부동산 관련 연구의 새로운 접근방법 및 해석을 제시하는 전문 학술지로, 게재논문의 학술적 가치를 인정받아 2020년 한국연구재단의 등재학술지로 선정되었다.
