【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구도시개발공사(사장 정명섭)는 30일 본사 재난안전상황실에서 정명섭 사장 주재로 ‘청렴정책위원회’를 열고 올해 반부패·청렴정책 추진 방향을 점검했다.
청렴정책위원회는 사장과 전무이사, 각 부서장이 참여하는 공사의 최고 의사결정기구로, 청렴 정책 전반을 총괄·조정하는 역할을 수행한다. 이날 회의는 2026년 반부패·청렴정책 추진계획을 공유하고 실행력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
공사는 ‘투명한 윤리경영으로 시민에게 신뢰받는 청렴 공기업 DUDC’를 청렴 비전으로 설정하고, 소통·참여·책임·신뢰·공정·투명 등 6대 핵심가치를 기반으로 3대 추진전략, 6개 전략과제, 23개 실행과제를 체계적으로 추진할 계획이다. 특히 올해는 종합청렴도 평가 1등급 달성을 최우선 목표로 제시했다.
이를 위해 공사는 청렴 문화 정착과 반부패 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 시책을 추진한다. 공정하고 투명한 업무 환경 조성을 위한 제도적 기반을 강화하는 동시에, 임직원 모두가 일상 속에서 청렴 가치를 실천할 수 있는 조직문화 확산에도 주력할 방침이다.
아울러 전문가와 이해관계자의 의견을 폭넓게 반영해 실효성 있는 청렴 정책을 수립하고, 이를 일회성에 그치지 않고 지속 가능한 제도로 정착시킨다는 계획이다.
정명섭 사장은 “형식적인 제도를 넘어 공사의 체질을 개선하는 실효성 있는 청렴 정책을 추진해 시민이 가장 먼저 신뢰하고 기대하는 공공기관의 새로운 기준을 제시하겠다”고 밝혔다.
