【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=(재)포항테크노파크(원장 이점식, 포항TP)는 3일 철강 압연재·선재 업종을 대상으로 한 ‘업종별 특화 스마트공장 구축 지원사업’을 실시한다고 공고했다.
이번 사업의 신청대상은 경북 포항 소재 철강 압연재·선재 제조 중소·중견기업이며, 이번 달 26일 17시까지 스마트공장 1번가(1st.smart-factory.kr) 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 신청할 수 있다.
지원 규모는 과제당 0.5억원에서 최대 2억원 규모이며, 스마트공장 구축 비용의 50%까지 지원한다. 총 14개사를 지원할 예정으로, 지원시 업종과 공정 등이 유사한 2개 이상 도입기업이 컨소시엄을 이루는 공통 솔루션 구축이 필수사항이다.
포항테크노파크는 올해 초 중소벤처기업부와 중소기업기술정보진흥원 스마트제조혁신추진단에서 시행하는 업종별 특화 스마트공장 구축 지원사업의 운영기관에 선정되어 이번 지원사업을 첫 시행하게 되었다.
이점식 원장은 “스마트 공장은 불필요한 작업 제거와 프로세스 개선을 통해 중소 제조기업 경쟁력 향상에 크게 기여하고 있다.”라고 평가하며, “업종별 특화 스마트공장 구축 지원사업을 통해 지역 핵심산업인 철강산업의 고도화를 위해 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
