【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=(재)포항테크노파크(원장 배영호, 이하 포항TP)는 지역 철강 전후방 기업의 위기 극복을 지원하기 위한 ‘2025 지역산업위기대응 맞춤형 지원사업’ 참여기업을 오는 10월 20일부터 22일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 포항TP가 주관하고, (재)경북테크노파크, (재)경북지역산업진흥원, (재)포항소재산업진흥원이 공동으로 참여한다.

지역 철강산업의 구조적 위기에 대응하기 위해 ▲기술·사업화 지원과 ▲인력양성의 두 축으로 구성됐으며, 포항지역 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 기업당 최대 5천만 원이 지원된다.

기술·사업화 지원 분야는▲시제품 제작 ▲기술개발 지원 ▲제품 고급화 ▲인증 및 시험분석 ▲IP R&D 전략지원 등 기술지원 프로그램과,▲마케팅 ▲전시회 참가 ▲브랜드 연계 ▲상품기획 등 사업화 지원 프로그램으로 구성된다.

이를 통해 기업의 기술 경쟁력 강화와 시장 확대를 동시에 추진한다.

인력양성 분야에서는▲철강산업 기초역량 교육 ▲재직자 직무역량 고도화 과정 등 현장 중심의 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 운영할 예정이다.

이를 통해 생산기술 인력의 공백을 해소하고 지역 산업의 지속가능한 성장 기반을 마련한다는 계획이다.

Pohang Technopark Recruiting Companies for the "2025 Regional Industry Crisis Response Customized Support Project" for Local Steel Companies

Pohang Technopark (President Bae Young-ho, hereinafter Pohang TP) announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the "2025 Regional Industry Crisis Response Customized Support Project" from October 20th to 22nd, aimed at supporting local steel companies in overcoming the crisis.

This project is hosted by Pohang TP, with participation from Gyeongbuk Technopark, Gyeongbuk Regional Industry Promotion Agency, and Pohang Material Industry Promotion Agency.

To address the structural crisis in the local steel industry, the project consists of two pillars: ▲technology and commercialization support and ▲human resource development. Up to 50 million won per company will be provided to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Pohang region.

The technology and commercialization support program consists of technical support programs such as ▲ prototype production, ▲ technology development support, ▲ product advancement, ▲ certification and testing analysis, and ▲ IP R&D strategic support. Commercialization support programs include ▲ marketing, ▲ exhibition participation, ▲ brand linkage, and ▲ product planning.

Through these programs, companies will simultaneously enhance their technological competitiveness and expand their markets.

In the human resources development sector, customized, field-oriented training programs will be offered, including ▲ basic steel industry competency training and ▲ job competency enhancement courses for current employees.

Through these programs, the goal is to address the production technology workforce gap and establish a foundation for sustainable growth for the local industry.
