【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=경상북도안동의료원 지역협력연계팀은 지난 8월 18일과 8월 25일 두 차례에 걸쳐 ‘지역 정신관련 기관 종사자 역량강화’ 교육을 실시했다다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 보건복지부의 ‘공공보건의료 협력체계 구축 사업’ 수행의 일환으로 안동 진료권역(안동시·영양군·의성군·청송군) 정신건강복지센터와 경상북도 권역 난임·우울증상담센터 등 정신 관련 기관 종사자의 역량 강화 및 전문 인력 네트워크 구축을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 마련됐다.
교육의 주요 내용은 상담사의 기본자세와 역할, 사례별 상담기법 등에 대한 주제로 대구 달서센터 허그맘·허그인 김현주 원장의 강의로 진행됐다.
구태헌 경상북도안동의료원 진료처장(원장 직무대행)은 “지역의 필수보건의료 역량강화를 위해 성인 및 정신건강 고위험군 조기 발견 및 치료 연계를 위한 지역 내 협력기관 종사자 교육 의뢰･수행하고 있다. 이러한 사업을 통하여 지역주민의 정신건강을 담당하는 종사자의 전문성을 강화하고 전문인력 네트워크를 촘촘하게 구축하여 지역 정신건강 증진에 기여하도록 하겠다 .”고 말했다.
