【브레이크뉴스 】박은정 기자=DGB사회공헌재단(이사장 김태오)은 ‘제11회 대한민국 교육기부 대상’ 시상식에서 교육부 장관상을 수상했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 시상식은 교육기부 활성화에 기여한 우수 기관,단체,개인을 발굴하고 포상을 통한 사기진작과 지속적인 교육기부 확산 분위기 조성을 목적으로 개최됐으며 총 21곳의 기관과 11명의 개인이 수상의 영예를 안았다.
DGB사회공헌재단은 ‘DGB With-U 꿈키움 프로젝트’를 통해 금융교육, 금융진로프로그램, 인성교육, 진로탐색 프로그램 등을 꾸준히 기획하고 전문가에 의한 체계적인 운영으로 지역 취약계층과 주민들에게 일상생활에 필요한 양질의 교육을 제공하고 있는 공로를 인정받았다.
김태오 이사장은 “미래인재와 금융 취약계층을 위한 꾸준한 교육프로그램 개발하고 실천해온 결과로 이번 큰 상을 받게 돼 기쁘다”며 “지역을 대표하는 사회공헌재단인 만큼 앞으로도 교육기부 활동을 꾸준히 확대해 나갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
