【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=DGB금융그룹(회장 김태오)은 2023년 계묘년 새해의 힘찬 시작을 다짐하고 그룹의 나아갈 방향을 제시하기 위해 ‘Nontact 시무식’을 개최했다고 2일 밝혔다.

최근 코로나19 확진자 발생 상황을 감안해 비대면 행사로 진행했으며 그룹의 주요 가치 정립 및 방향성을 안내하고 어려운 금융여건의 극복을 다짐했다.

먼저 미래 경영환경 변화에 유기적으로 대응하고 그룹 구성원의 응집을 통한 새로운 도약의 기틀을 마련하기 위해 인재상 재정립이 필요하다고 판단해 ‘주인의식’, ‘존중’, ‘전문성’을 핵심가치로 한 新인재상을 공표했다.

주인의식은 책임감,진정성,성과지향을 존중은 협력, 포용, 사회적 책임을 전문성은 완벽추구,통찰력,지속학습을 각각의 핵심역량으로 담았다. 

김태오 회장은 신년사를 통해 전 임직원에게 ‘정경대원(正經大原)-바른길과 큰 원칙대로 나아가면 더 이상 바랄 것 없는 공정한 세상이 온다’, ‘고객 중심적 사고’를 통한 생존 경쟁력 강화, 다양한 협업으로 그룹의 미래 신성장 동력 확보 등 세 가지 당부 메시지를 전달했다. 

김 회장은 “그룹의 비전, 경영방침, 핵심가치에 기반한 우리의 원칙은 구성원 모두가 믿고 실천하면서 사소한 것이라도 지켜질 때 진정한 의미가 있다”며 “비록 난관이 있더라도 올바름을 바탕으로 기본과 원칙에 충실하면 DGB에 대한 고객 신뢰와 사랑은 오랫동안 유지될 것”이라고 말했다.

특히 산업, 업종을 불문하고 기업 전략에서 가장 중요한 대상은 ‘고객’이라고 강조했다. 

그는 “자본과 규모로 승부하던 시대를 지나 ‘고객집착(Customer Obsession)’으로 만들어진 ‘팬심’으로 경쟁하는 시대”라며 “그룹이 가진 역량을 유기적으로 연결해 변화된 요구에 더 큰 가치를 제공하며 고객 마음을 사로잡아야 한다”고 거듭 강조했다.

올해 계열사 간 협업뿐만 아니라 산업간 경계를 허무는 협업 확대도 주문했다. 

김 회장은 “최근 시장에서는 다른 제품, 브랜드 간 이색 협업이 활발히 일어나면서 큰 시너지를 내고 있다”며 “DGB의 원대한 꿈은 그룹의 모든 임직원이 각자 역할에 최선을 다하며 긴밀한 소통을 통해 협업하고 이타적으로 행동해야만 달성할 수 있다”고 말했다.
