【브레이크뉴스 】박은정 기자=DGB금융그룹(회장 김태오)은 ‘2022 대한민국 지속가능성 대회’에서 대한민국 지속가능성 보고서상(KRCA) 금융부문 수상 기업으로 선정됐다고 24일 밝혔다.

한국표준협회가 2008년부터 주관하고 있는 지속가능성 보고서상은 GRI 보고원칙을 기반으로 국내 기업이 발간한 모든 지속가능성 보고서를 평가하고 다양한 이해관계자와 ESG 각 분야 전문가가 직접 평가에 참여하는 국내 유일의 평가 모델이다. 

올해 평가는 지난해 9월부터 2022년 8월 사이 발간된 국내 238개 지속가능성 보고서를 대상으로 진행됐다.

DGB금융그룹은 2006년부터 매년 지속가능경영보고서를 발간하며 ESG 경영의 투명성을 강화하고 있다. 

또 TCFD(기후변화 관련 재무정보 공개 태스크포스), PRB(UN책임은행원칙) 보고서 등을 통해 글로벌 이슈에 대한 그룹의 대응 성과를 공시하고 있다.

특히 올해에는 ESG 성과에 대한 정량 데이터를 담은 ‘ESG Factbook’을 함께 발간해 독자들의 편의성과 가독성을 높였다.
