【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 케이메디허브(대구경북첨단의료산업진흥재단, 이사장 양진영)는 기획재정부 주관 공공기관 고객만족도 조사에서 최고등급인 ‘우수’ 등급을 받았다고 14일 밝혔다.
기획재정부는 매년 공공기관의 서비스 품질 향상을 위해, 서비스를 제공받은 고객을 대상으로 만족도 설문 조사를 실시한다.
이번 평가에서 252개 공공기관 중, 우수 등급을 획득한 기관은 케이메디허브를 비롯해 총 51개 기관이며 이중 기타 공공기관이 27개를 차지했다.
케이메디허브는 신약개발 R&D지원사업, 기술/분석 서비스사업, 공인시험검사, 기술문서심사, 동물실험R&D 지원사업, 맞춤형 동물실험 지원, 의약품 개발생산(OASIS) 총 6개 항목 중 모든 항목에 대해 목표점을 초과 달성했다.
이번 조사결과는 2022년 공공기관 경영평가에 반영될 뿐 아니라, 공공기관 경영정보시스템인 알리오(ALIO)를 통해 공시될 예정이다.
양진영 케이메디허브 이사장은 “공공기관으로서의 역할에 대해 많은 고민을 하고, 주변 기업 및 연구소의 목소리에 귀를 기울이려 노력하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 적극적인 소통과 서비스 질 향상을 통해 국가 의료산업 발전에 이바지하겠다”고 밝혔다.
