【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 북구청(청장 배광식)이 지난 4월 11일부터 13일까지 대구 엑스코(EXCO)에서 열린 ‘2025 대한민국 캠핑대전’에 참가해 최우수 부스운영상의 영예를 안았다.

 이번 박람회는 총 120개 업체가 533개 부스를 운영하고 10만여 명의 관람객이 찾은 영남권 최대 규모의 캠핑 전문 박람회다. 북구청은 이번 행사에 처음으로 관광 홍보부스를 마련해 관람객들에게 지역의 다채로운 관광자원을 소개했다.

‘대구 북구에서 누리는 일상 속 작은 행복’을 주제로 꾸며진 북구청 부스는 금호강 오토캠핑장, 침산정 벚꽃돌계단 등 북구의 명소를 중심으로 꾸며졌으며, 제7회 행복북구 사진 공모전 수상작, 구암서원의 야경, 구암동 고분군 전경 등 시각적으로도 뛰어난 콘텐츠로 방문객들의 관심을 끌었다.

특히 북구청 공식 SNS 채널 구독을 인증하면 룰렛 이벤트에 참여할 수 있는 프로그램을 운영해 아크릴 마그넷, 메모지 등 아기자기한 관광기념품을 증정하며 남녀노소 관람객들에게 큰 호응을 얻었다.

북구청 관계자는 “이번 박람회를 통해 북구의 숨은 관광자원을 보다 널리 알릴 수 있었던 소중한 기회였다”고 평가하며, “앞으로도 다양한 홍보 콘텐츠를 기획해 북구 관광에 대한 관심을 높이기 위한 노력을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

배광식 북구청장은 “처음 참가한 행사임에도 불구하고 시민들의 뜨거운 관심을 확인할 수 있었다”며, “앞으로 북구의 매력을 전국에 알릴 수 있도록 지속적인 홍보와 콘텐츠 개발에 힘쓰겠다”고 전했다.

The Buk-gu Office booth, decorated with the theme of ‘Small happiness in everyday life in Daegu Buk-gu,’ was decorated around famous places in Buk-gu such as Geumho River Auto Camping Site and Chimsanjeong Cherry Blossom Stone Stairs, and attracted visitors’ attention with visually outstanding content such as the winners of the 7th Happy Buk-gu Photo Contest, the night view of Guam Seowon, and the panoramic view of Guam-dong Ancient Tombs.
