청송군농업기술센터는 ‘청송사과김’, ‘애플블리스’, ‘예쁘니까 사과해’ 등 자체 연구·개발한 가공제품을 출시하고, 민간 판매업체를 통해 유통에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 제품들은 청송군농업기술센터가 축적한 연구 성과를 바탕으로 특허 출원과 기술이전, 시제품 평가 등 체계적인 절차를 거쳐 완성됐다. 특히 청송 풋사과를 활용한 차별화된 가공기술을 적용해 제품 경쟁력을 높인 것이 특징이다.

센터는 2025년 12월 판매자 모집공고를 통해 소노벨 청송, 해뜨는농장, 까치가족 등 3곳을 판매업체로 선정했다. 소노벨 청송은 굿앤굿스 마트를 통해 제품을 판매하고, 해뜨는농장은 관광객을 대상으로 한 오프라인 판매와 함께 사이소몰 등 온라인 판매를 병행할 예정이다. 까치가족은 유튜브 홍보와 네이버스토어를 중심으로 판매를 진행한다.

‘청송사과김’은 ‘풋사과 소금 및 이의 제조방법’ 특허 기술을 적용한 제품으로, 지난 2025년 6월 한국맥꾸룸과의 기술이전 협약을 통해 생산된 풋사과소금을 사용해 제조됐다. 사과 특유의 산뜻한 풍미와 감칠맛이 조화를 이루며, 가격은 1박스(12봉) 기준 2만 원이다.

‘애플블리스’는 ‘풋사과 식초 과립 및 이의 용도’ 특허를 기반으로 개발된 제품으로, 경북바이오산업연구원에 의뢰해 제작됐다. 청송사과를 발효한 뒤 동결건조하고 콜라겐과 유산균으로 코팅한 과립형 식초 제품으로, 간편하게 섭취할 수 있는 것이 장점이다. 가격은 1박스(60포) 3만 원이다.

‘예쁘니까 사과해’는 청송사과 추출물을 함유한 마스크팩으로, 상큼한 사과향과 함께 피부결 개선과 주름·생기 케어에 도움을 주는 제품이다. 가격은 1만 5천 원이며, 청송읍과 진보면 하나로마트, 한우프라자, 송원APC, 프리티 등에서 판매되고 있다.

청송군 관계자는 “청송사과 가공제품의 다양화와 판로 확대를 통해 지역 농산물의 부가가치를 높이고, 더 많은 소비자가 청송사과의 우수성과 청송의 매력을 직접 체험할 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Three Processed Apple Products Launched

The Cheongsong County Agricultural Technology Center is launching three processed products developed to enhance the added value of Cheongsong apples and revitalize the local agricultural processing industry.

The Cheongsong County Agricultural Technology Center announced that it will launch "Cheongsong Apple Kim," "Apple Bliss," and "I'm Pretty, So I'm Apple" (yeopeun-ka-sa-hae), all of which were developed through its own research and development, and will distribute them through private retailers.

These products were developed based on the research achievements of the Cheongsong County Agricultural Technology Center and went through a systematic process that included patent applications, technology transfer, and prototype evaluations. Notably, they feature a differentiated processing technology utilizing Cheongsong unripe apples, enhancing their competitiveness.

The center selected three vendors through a December 2025 vendor recruitment notice: Sonobel Cheongsong, Haetneun Farm, and Kkachi Family. Sonobel Cheongsong will sell its products through Good & Goods Mart, while Haetneun Farm will sell offline to tourists and online through platforms like Saiso Mall. Magpie Family will focus on YouTube promotions and Naver Store sales.

"Cheongsong Apple Kim" is a product based on the patented "Unripe Apple Salt and Its Manufacturing Method." It was produced using unripe apple salt produced through a technology transfer agreement with Korea Mackureum in June 2025. It combines the unique refreshing flavor and savory taste of apples and is priced at 20,000 won per box (12 packs).

"Apple Bliss" was developed based on the patented "Unripe Apple Vinegar Granules and Their Uses" and was produced by the Gyeongbuk Bioindustry Research Institute. This granular vinegar product is made from fermented Cheongsong apples, freeze-dried, and coated with collagen and lactic acid bacteria, making it easy to consume. It is priced at 30,000 won per box (60 packs).

"Because You're Pretty, I Apologize" is a mask pack containing Cheongsong apple extract. It has a refreshing apple scent and helps improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and improve vitality. It costs 15,000 won and is available at Hanaro Mart in Cheongsong-eup and Jinbo-myeon, Hanwoo Plaza, Songwon APC, and Pretty.
