18일 경산시의회에 따르면 남광락 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘경산시 개인형 이동장치 이용안전 증진 조례안’은 최근 급속히 늘어나고 있는개인용 이동장치가 안전하고 유용한 이동 수단으로 정착하는데 필요한 사항을 규정하기 위해 제정됐다.

시장, 이용자, 대여사업자의 책무, 사업추진, 시범사업의 실시, 가이드라인 마련, 실태조사, 안전교육, 무단방치금지에 대한 규정을 두어 개인형 이동장치의 체계적인 관리방안과 시민안전사고 예방에 중점을 두었다.

남광락 의원은“이번 조례 제정을 통해 요즘 편리하게 이용하고 있는개인형 이동장치가 시민들이 안전하고유용한 이동 수단으로 정착될 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
