【브레이크뉴스 경주】박영재 기자=위덕대학교가 위탁운영하고 있는 경주시어린이급식관리지원센터(센터장 이인숙 외식산업학부 교수)는 2022년 핵심사업으로 ‘부모현장참관프로그램’을 진행하고 있다고 16일 밝혔다.

‘부모현장참관프로그램’은 경주 센터의 전문영양사가 위생안전·영양 순회지도 현장을 참관하는 활동 또는 아이와 함께하는 요리활동을 선택하여 참여함으로써 어린이 급식에 대한 신뢰를 증진하기 위한 프로그램이다.

이번 프로그램은 ▲경주시 센터 소개 및 사업설명 ▲위생안전·영양 순회지도 ▲아이와 함께하는 요리활동 등으로 구성하였다.

시설 방문 시 방명록과 개인정보수집이용 동의서를 작성하도록 하였으며, 또한 식품 알레르기 사고 예방을 위해 요리활동을 위한 사전 식품 알레르기 조사도 시행하였다.

프로그램에 참여한 현곡주공 어린이집 최영순 원장은 “코로나19 이후 처음으로 부모현장참관프로그램 중 ‘아이와 함께하는 요리 활동’에 참여하게 되었다. 요리 활동을 통해 아이들과 함께 즐겁고 행복한 시간, 특별한 추억을 만들어 주셔서 감사하다는 후기가 많았다. 앞으로도 다양한 프로그램개발로 지역사회, 어린이집, 부모, 영·유아가 함께할 수 있는 많은 지원 부탁드린다.”고 말했다.

이에 이인숙 센터장은 “더 건강하고 더 깨끗한 어린이급식을 위해 보육시설에 지속적인 지원을 약속드리며, 가정에서도 코로나19 및 식중독 예방을 위해 손 씻기 등의 개인위생 관리를 철저히 해주시기를 바란다.”고 전했다.

경주시어린이급식관리지원센터는 4월 6일 초록반아이들 어린이집을 시작으로 대면 프로그램 상·하반기 총 25개 시설을 진행할 계획이다.

한편 2013년 12월에 개소한 경주시어린이급식관리지원센터는 위덕대학교 산학협력단에서 위탁운영하고 있으며 관내 어린이 급식소(176개소)를 대상으로 10명의 전문영양사가 영양·위생안전의 지도·점검 및 관리를 하고 있다.
