이날 발전기금 전달식에는 위덕대학교 김봉갑 총장, 보성 전법원장, 이광동 법인사무처장, 이상직 입학처장, 장덕희 학생처장이 참석했다.

종의회의장 덕운정사는 “학교법인 회당학원 전 이사장으로서 항상 종립 위덕대학교의 발전을 서원하였다. 대학 대내외 여러 가지 어려운 상황 속에서 모든 위덕 가족들이 합심하여 슬기롭게 위기를 극복해 나가기를 당부드린다.”고 말했다.

회성 김봉갑 총장은 “위덕대학교를 잊지 않고 이러한 어려운 시기에 대학 발전을 위해 마음을 내어주신 덕운 정사님께 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전한다. 며 교직원 모두가 한마음으로 대학 발전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
