대공원에 따르면 지난달 30일부터 시작해 2월 한 달간 진행되는 이번 인턴십 프로그램에는 올해 영남대학교 회화과와 용인예술과학대학 연기예술학과 입학 예정인 2명의 학생이 참여하고 있다.

인턴십 기간 동안 이들은 각각 솔거미술관에서 전시기획 및 전시준비 등 학예 업무 교육과 전시자료 및 작가조사 등의 업무와 인피니티 플라잉팀에서 홍보마케팅 기획 및 공연운영 실무를 익히게 된다.

인턴십 프로그램에 참여한 학생은 “평소 미술에 관심이 많았지만 미술관에 방문해 볼 여건이 되지 않아 아쉬움이 많았는데 이번 인턴십 기회를 통해 미술에 대한 견문을 넓히고 제 꿈을 향해 한 걸음 더 나아갈 수 있게 돼 기쁘다”며 “앞으로 대학을 다니고 취업을 하게 된다면 여기서의 경험이 많은 도움이 될 것 같다”고 말했다.

대공원은 지난 2021년 솔거미술관에서 인턴십 프로그램을 진행했으며, 이번에는 공연분야인 인피니티 플라잉까지 프로그램을 확대했다.
