기획재정부는 매년 공공기관의 대국민 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 각 기관의 서비스 이용 고객을 대상으로 전화, 현장 조사를 실시하고 있다.
이에 따라 2022년 공공기관 고객만족도 조사는 국민생활과 밀접한 관련이 있는 총 252개 공공기관을 대상으로 진행된 가운데 KASFO는 조사에서 우수 등급을 획득했다고 전했다.
지난해 KASFO는 고객만족도 향상을 위해 ▶사립학교 교육환경개선자금 융자사업 ▶행복기숙사 지원사업 ▶사학교육행정 연수지원 총 3개 사업에서 8개 개선과제를 발굴해 개선을 추진했다.
이에 따라 사학기관 수혜 범위 확대를 위한 맞춤형 융자를 지원하고 행복기숙사 입주생의 인권 보장을 위한 기숙사 생활규정을 개선하였으며 교직원 의견 수렴을 통한 연수과정을 확대해 적극적인 점검 및 관리를 통해 높은 점수를 획득한 것으로 보인다.
KASFO 홍덕률 이사장은 “대국민 사업을 운영하고 있는 공공기관으로서 고객의 의견을 수렴하여 제도를 개선하고, 많은 지원을 환류하기 위해 노력하고 있다”면서 “앞으로도 고객과의 소통 창구를 확대하고 고객중심 경영을 추진해 대국민 서비스가 향상될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
